We charge a standard shipping fee on all orders. Once your order is placed, it is dispatched within 1 working day, and delivery usually takes 3 to 6 working days depending on your location within India. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email so you can stay updated on your delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at bhagwansugandhi@gmail.com with an unboxing video, clear images of the item, and the original packaging. Our team will review the details and work swiftly to resolve the issue. In case of a failed online transaction, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
